Ms Ladouceur is a passionate teacher that is highly involved in her community, is described as genuine, and having a missionary spirit. And most of all, she is a devoted volunteer. Over the past several years, Nathalie dedicated her time in her local community, and at a regional, provincial, national, and international level, both in French and English, as well as Spanish.


Some of the community organizations that benefited from her continuous involvement :​

Nathalie has been involved for 10 years with the Association canadienne française de l’Ontario (ACFO) from Prescott and Russell, in order to create an environment where one can live and participate in French. For 8 years, she organized the Banquet de la Francophonie, served on the jury committee, and collaborates with FARFO community partners and Richelieu clubs. Nathalie is also involved in Association des enseignantes et des enseignants francophone de l’Ontario (AEFO), Table féministe francophone de concertation provinciale de l’Ontario (TFFCPO), Banquet de la Francophonie de Prescott-Russell, L’Écho d’un peuple, Haïti, Tel-Aide Outaouais, Associationdes Grandes-Soeurs, Centre de l’enfant Pont Magique, Canadian Parents for French, The Alberni Valley Hospice, The Association for Community Living BC.
